After submitting a STOP request, you may receive a final confirmation message indicating that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages associated with that messaging program unless you subsequently opt in again.

Mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in information, and SMS consent information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Service providers that process communications on behalf of NXG Services may process information only as necessary to provide those services and subject to applicable contractual and privacy obligations.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to the availability and operation of wireless networks and services outside NXG Services' control.
NXG Services' websites, applications, systems, and services may not be used for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes. Users may not attempt to interfere with, gain unauthorized access to, reverse engineer, damage, or disrupt NXG Services' systems or services.
Unless otherwise stated, software, systems, designs, graphics, trademarks, service marks, documentation, and other materials provided by NXG Services remain the property of NXG Services or their respective owners and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
NXG Services endeavors to provide reliable services but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Services may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, communications failures, internet or cellular network interruptions, third-party service failures, equipment failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NXG Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to the use of or inability to use NXG Services' websites, applications, systems, services, or communications, including SMS messages, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, and whether or not NXG Services has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NXG Services' total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid to NXG Services for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, NXG Services' liability is limited to the smallest extent permitted by applicable law.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Rockwall County, Texas.
NXG Services may update these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of NXG Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
